My name is CARLOS GONZALEZ LEMA, I was born in Quito , Ecuador on April 11, 1981. Recently I completed a Master in Art Direction and Communication in ELISAVA / Barcelona. I also have a Bacherlor degree in Graphic Design and Visual Communication at the University UEES.
I worked in VUELING doing internships for 6 months in the marketing department while studying at ELISAVA. There I became interested in Brand Management in which I continued constantly instructing by myself. After that experience, now at ENCAJALO, from which I am a part owner, I has applied the lessons learned in communication strategies, art direction and brand management.
During 5 years I worked at McCann Erickson where I had the opportunity to work for various brands such as Pilsener, BIC, J & J, Cinemark, 3M, PINGÜINO, Neutrogena, among others. There I learned the process of raising campaigns and clients with their needs.
At the end, I think the important thing is the willingness to learn constantly, that motivates me in every project. I believe in TEAMWORK and that you must work and develop your strength and delegate when needed.
